We bought our vacation/retirement/bug out home in N Idaho last year. We pulled the trigger in February and are leaving Oregon in May. I feel for you guys. It’s a lot of work. We have a large home and shop and property. Basically, downsizing until we build a shop. Every waking day is work, packing and prep.
